Had a few days away and couldn't get to the plot until today. So I popped in during my lunch break to have a look at what was happening. The whole site was alive with busy allottmenteers!
The sun after the rain had cast a spell and everything was growing as fast as the weeds. The beans were high and look almost ready to go in the ground. A good return on the saved seeds. the carrots are all germinating nicely and as are the beetroot. The parsnips are still non existent but the the seed is notoriously difficult to keep. I have to get my pumpkin seeds in very soon so will be geting on with that next. I just can't wait to get back down there and get my hands dirty!
